Eleanor Frances  Stillwaggon (Watrous)
Eleanor (Watrous) Stillwaggon, 84, of East Windsor, loving wife of 62 years to the late Harold W. Stillwaggon, Sr., passed away peacefully on Monday, April 17, 2017, in the comfort of her home. Born in Wallingford to the late Marshall and Mabel (Martin) Watrous, Eleanor was a resident of East Windsor for thirty years. Eleanor’s employment included Pratt & Whitney, Madison tolls, and Bradley International Airport parking. Her athletic interests included swimming and hiking, but, her greatest interest was long distance bicycling. Flower gardening, house plants, and embroidery were also passions as was collecting post cards. Spending time with her relatives was a special delight. She is survived by her daughters, Renee McConnell and Holly Goodale; her son, Harold, Jr; two sisters, Mary Palmer and Grace Hanauer; along with many extended family members. In addition to her husband Eleanor was predeceased by two sons, Randolph and Dana. There are no calling hours. A funeral service for Eleanor will be celebrated on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at 2 pm at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Founders Affiliate of American Heart Association, P.O.
