Margaret A (Woligursky) Borawski, 88, of Windsorr Locks, CT beloved wife of the late Alexander A. Borawski entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 26, 2017, at The Village at Buckland Court. Margaret was born in Torrington, CT daughter of the late Thomas and Anna (Matavova) Woligursky. She enjoyed being with her family, especially her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. Margaret enjoyed gardening, traveling with her husband and also, was an avid reader. Especially meaningful to Margaret, were her spiritual visits from brother-in-law Stanley and Father Bob. She also was a longtime parishioner of St. Mary's Church in Windsor Locks. Margaret is survived by her loving children, Karen Horstmeyer and her husband Steven of Bedford, TX., Brian Borawski and his wife Sandra of Enfield, Diane Bergeron and her husband Robert of Windsor Locks; her grandchildren, Michael Horstmeyer and his wife Christine, Kevin Horstmeyer, Gina Johnson and her husband Matthew, Adam Borawski, Jason Mattoon, Matthew Mattoon and his wife Anna, Christopher Mattoon, Charles Mattoon and his wife April, Heather Bergron and Robert Bergeron Jr.; her great-grandchildren, Ruby, Alabama, and Asher Mattoon, ClaraMay and Liv-Grace Mattoon. She is also survived by her sister, Anna Adkins of Waterbury, CT.; also many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to The Village at Buckland Court and Beacon Hospice. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family on Thursday June 1, 2017 from 8:30 A.M.- 10;30 A.M. at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring Street, Windsor Locks. A funeral procession will gather at 10;30 A.M. for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11;00A.M. at St. Mary Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
